1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jayao9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jayao9.net ("the Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jayao9 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the jayao9 Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

Providing false date-of-birth information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Players must ensure that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. jayao9 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. 2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are subject to a legal order restricting their capacity to contract, or who are acting under the influence of substances that impair their judgement, are prohibited from registering or transacting on the Platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through jayao9 or any other gaming platform. Attempting to register a new account while an active self-exclusion period is in force constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If you discover that you have successfully registered despite an active exclusion, you must notify jayao9 support immediately at [email protected].

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of features available on the jayao9 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment account.

3.2 One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active jayao9 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jayao9 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and IP address tracking. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jayao9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at the point of first withdrawal, when deposits exceed specified thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Account Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jayao9 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify jayao9 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. jayao9 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.5 Accurate Personal Information

All information provided to jayao9 at registration and throughout your account lifecycle must be truthful and accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including false name, false age, or a payment method not registered in your own name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jayao9 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified jayao9 account. jayao9 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on the jayao9 Platform is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction. jayao9 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jayao9 account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time business hours to reflect. jayao9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or banking system maintenance periods.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during jayao9's operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one BST business day. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jayao9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. Where the original payment method is no longer available, jayao9 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the jayao9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jayao9 does not charge currency conversion fees for domestic BDT transactions. Any conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers are outside jayao9's control and are the player's responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting activity on the jayao9 Platform — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — is subject to jayao9's current betting rules as published within the Platform at the time a bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet settlement. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games available on the jayao9 Platform — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules published by each respective provider. These rules are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game provider and have been independently audited for fairness.

5.3 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

jayao9 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed on the basis of erroneous odds, system errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or events that are subsequently determined to be outside the scope of the original market definition. 5.4 Responsible Use of Betting Features

5.5 Match Fixing and Integrity

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. By accepting any bonus or promotional credit, you agree to the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods attached to that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Players are advised to read these terms in full before activating any bonus offer. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

6.5 Seasonal Promotions

jayao9 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Victory Day (December 16), as well as major cricket events including BPL and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and are available to eligible verified players during the stated promotional period only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayao9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any capacity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.

• Facilitating, participating in, or profiting from match-fixing or any other sporting integrity violation.

• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward jayao9 support staff or other Platform users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, profession, or relationship to jayao9 to obtain preferential treatment, bonus eligibility, or privileged account features.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your jayao9 account or account credentials to any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any element of the jayao9 Platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jayao9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Closure requests are typically processed within one BST business day. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending on the account.

8.2 Suspension by jayao9

jayao9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, that an investigation is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, or that a legal or regulatory obligation requires it. 8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure — whether initiated by you or by jayao9 — all outstanding bets that were placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with their normal settlement rules. Bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. These Terms will continue to govern any disputes or claims arising from activity that occurred prior to the account closure date.

8.5 Data Retention Following Closure

Following account closure, jayao9 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. This data will be held securely and will not be used for marketing purposes once an account has been closed. 8.6 Disclaimer of Liability

jayao9 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayao9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. jayao9's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
